Processing Times

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We appreciate your business and are here to help in any way we can. Here at ASH & ELM we are a small family owned and operated business, and every item is hand cut, pressed, sewn and pre-washed by us. While we may have items in stock throughout the year, most of our items are made to order, during holiday times our stock gets rapidly depleted and we are very busy making items for each order as they come in. Partial orders may ship with the items in stock and items that need to be made will be shipped separately as soon as they are complete.  You can expect items that need to be made approximately 2-3 weeks from your order date. Even if you select priority shipping, it could be delayed if that item has to be made. Please contact us to find out if we can meet a specific date if you haven't received a shipping confirmation.  Thank you for your support of our business and your understanding.
