By completing a purchase with ASH & ELM, you agree to the following Returns Policy.
Return Eligibility (Non–Final Sale Items Only)
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the documented delivery date, as confirmed by tracking information. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
-Unused and unwashed
-In original condition
-Returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, pet hair, or alterations.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes, but is not limited to, discounted or promotional items.
No exceptions will be made.
Return Shipping & Fees
-Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
-Return shipping fees are displayed during the return process
-Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
ASH & ELM is not responsible for packages once they are marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
